Tiny Business Incubator is a United States-based online business education platform.
Course Enrollment & Student Accounts
When you register for a course through our Masteriyo Learning Management System (LMS), we collect personal information to manage your learning experience.
Registration data: full name, email address, a username, and a password.
Activity tracking: we monitor course progression, time spent on lessons, quiz results, and assignment submissions.
Your rights: you can view, edit, or delete your profile information at any time. Your username cannot be changed once set.
Student Q&A
Some courses include a Question and Answer area where students can post questions and answers on lessons.
Data collected: your question or answer text, account details, and IP address for spam prevention.
Visibility: your text, name, and profile icon are visible to other logged-in students and to us.
Payments & Refunds
We process purchases securely through Stripe. Your card information never touches or resides on our own servers, Stripe collects your name, billing details, email address, and payment data according to its own security standards. We retain transaction records to process refunds and resolve payment questions.
Educational courses: covered by a 14-day refund guarantee. If a course is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will process a full refund.
Digital assets: our spreadsheet tools and templates are instant digital downloads. Because you can access the file immediately, these purchases are final and are not eligible for a refund once delivered. If a file is not working as expected, contact us through the Student Portal and we will help you sort it out.
Email Marketing & Newsletters
We use MailerLite to send course updates and newsletters.
Subscriber data: we store your name, email address, signup date, and subscription source.
Engagement insights: MailerLite uses its own tracking to measure email opens, link clicks, and follow-on course purchases.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, via Site Kit by Google, to see anonymous, aggregate patterns across the site.
Visitor metrics: device type, browser, general geographic region, and time spent on pages.
Anonymized: this data identifies overall trends to help us improve the site, it does not identify you individually.
Cookies
Login sessions: a temporary cookie checks whether your browser accepts cookies. It is deleted when you close your browser.
Dashboard & login: once you log in, cookies store your dashboard settings (lasts one year) and your login state (lasts two days). Choosing “Remember Me” extends your login to two weeks.
Marketing: MailerLite cookies track purchase attribution for up to 14 days.
Media Uploads
If you upload images or files to the site, avoid files with embedded location data (EXIF GPS coordinates).
Other registered members can view and download items you upload to shared course areas, and could extract any embedded data in them.
